Balt
The idea of the restaurant is to showcase the beauty of the seasonal changes in the marine climate of the Baltic Sea and the unique features of our region through its dishes, drinks, and interior design.
Many of the dishes are cooked over an open flame, such as in a wood-fired oven or on coals, giving them a unique flavor. For example, catfish is roasted on birch branches and served with cauliflower, an amber sauce, and fresh greens.
The restaurant's interior is also inspired by the natural beauty of the Baltic Sea. Minimalism, eco-friendliness, and functionality are at the heart of the design, with natural materials and textures used throughout, such as stone, old wooden logs, sea shells, dried flowers, and handmade ceramic vases.
