Amber.

It is for a reason that the Kaliningrad Region is called the Amber Region, as it is here that the largest Baltic amber deposit in the world is located.

Marzipan

Marzipan is a dessert made of ground almonds and sweet syrup. The recipe differs from region to region. For example, in Koenigsberg, to cook marzipan they used to bake it.
