Since October 16, 2023, citizens of Ukraine may enter Russia via third countries only at the Ludonka automobile checkpoint in the Pskov Region and Sheremetievo Airport. The new regime applies to all citizens of Ukraine aged 14 and above, as well as residents below this age, if they are travelling accompanied by a legal representative, caretaker or guardian being a foreign citizen. These rules don't apply to children under 14 years of age arriving from third countries either independently or accompanied by Russians.
