From the main SOUTHERN RAILWAY STATION, suburban trains run to all major populated areas of the region.
Some routes run via the second NORTHERN RAILWAY STATION and have stops in the suburbs of Kaliningrad. It is convenient to reach any town by bus.

Public urban buses in Kaliningrad Kaliningrad has a well-developed urban surface transport network that includes buses, trolleybuses, and trams. Cost of tickets for buses, trolleybuses, and trams: with Volna Baltiky transport card (recharged via account in a Russian bank) – 28 rubles, with a bankcard of a Russian bank – 33 rubles, with cash – 37 rubles.
Tram is the most romantic mode of transportation in Kaliningrad. There are two routes that run through the city center 3 and 5.
Cost of one piece of luggage is the same. Tariffs for small buses (routes 50 to 99) are same, but there are no discounts (you pay to a conductor with a transport card, cash or bankcard). It is convenient to trace routes and buses with the use of popular websites: www.bustime.ru or www.go2bus.ru (choose Kaliningrad from the list of cities).
