Common e-visa is available to citizens of the following foreign countries, the list of which is approved by the regulation of the Government of the Russian Federation dated October 6, 2020, No. 2571-r.
Unified e-visa formalization is subject to payment. Payment shall be made via special website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia or in mobile app of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia with the use of Internet acquiring technology by bankcards of international payment systems (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) There will be no refund of payment regardless of the results of the application processing. No consular fee is charged for the formalization of visas for children under 6 years old.
Approximate cost of E-Visa is USD 50-55 (depending on particular country and amount of consular fee)
You may travel throughout the entire territory of the Russian Federation except for the zones, where special permit is required for entrance.
How to avail?
1. Fill in the application on special website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
2. Attach a photo and a copy of your foreign passport.
3. Pay the consular fee.
