This park was created in 1984 as a branch of the Kaliningrad Regional Museum of History and Arts. The park is included in the group of art museums of sculpture. In addition, an arboretum was created here. The park area is 12 hectares. The collection of sculptural works is united by ‘The Man and the World’ theme, which makes it possible to express the spiritual life of the epoch by the plastic art, and to show the images of persons who left a noticeable mark on history and the portraits of our contemporaries. The following plants grow in this park: Manchurian nut, common lilac, vinegar tree, and western thuja. The park is located in close proximity to the Cathedral.
